Winter Canyon
All,
Looking for options to do a canyon someplace in the vicinity of Moab/Canyonlands end of February. Looking to stay dry since it's winter, something that will take 4-8 hours with some cool rappels.
I was going to do Elephant Canyon in Canyonlands but the good exit route looks like it has a short upclimb that might not be passable if the anchors are no longer at the top and not everyone in the group is comfortable free climbing. So I'm bummed about that. Are there any trade routes near Moab (not in Arches) that I'm missing?

Or maybe a better question is does anybody happen to know if the bolts at the top of the upclimb on the Salt Creek exit route in Elephant Canyon in Canyonloands NP are still there and solid? I thought that looked like a cool one and I might try the freeclimb myself but I'm hesitant without knowing if the bolts are still there and if I'd be able to belay the rest of my group. Or could put some webbing on a boulder or something but the only beta I can find is on Summitpost and it's several years old. And no photos of the top of that upclimb.
