Wildcat canyon/west rim conditions
Has anyone been on the Wildcat Canyon trail or the West Rim lately? I'm doing the Zion Traverse 5/20/11-5/23/11 and was just wondering how much snow was out there. Any information would be appreciated.

I drove to my cabin along kolob terrace road which is higher elevation than wildcat or west rim. In general roads were clear of snow, but muddy. There were lots of downed trees, running water from snow melt, etc... We did encounter some deep (1-2 feet) drifts of snow in the shade but once again we were + 500 feet higher than either west rim or wildcat, both trailheads looked clear of snow but running water/swampy conditions might be a problem.
