| And I don't want to be in avalanche danger. I'd appreciate any suggestions, and also where to rent snowshoes, or buy them if they aren't very expensive. |

Art Nord, or anywhere around Snowbasin area
Ogden Bonnevile shoreline trail
Ben Lomond
Monte Cristo
You can rent snowshoes at REI, Weber State University, and I belive you can also rent them at some canyon sports stores. |
