| I'd like to snowshoe up there (from donut falls area) tomorrow. Is this an avalanche area? |

| It is, there was an avalanche two years ago I think. If go up the old mining road about 1/2 a mile you can see how big it was by all the trees the trees knocked down. I posted some pictures in this thread. http://www.uutah.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4844 |

Thanks, though! We never ended up going up there, we started to, but then side tracked through the deep snow down to Donut Falls, one of our group had never been there before, then we just played around. I appreciate your reply!
