Interesting, but I rely on the open door to rest some of my weight on when I'm getting in and out of the vehicle.
Notice how awkward it is to just lean sideways and step in the opposite direction to get in. |

| I don't use the door at all when I get in and out of the car. I am fatter than you sombeech you should have no problems with it. |

I like it. You'd never have to worry about passing cars hitting your door.
It's a great idea. I'd be sold if they did it with a mid 90's Town Car, though...Instead of the MarkVIII. |

that is exactly what I was thinking to. The air bladders on my suburbans rear shocks are both leaking and they cost $516.00 a piece to replace. |
