| Today we hiked up the Pine Hollow trail and ended up on Ridge Trail at the first point where you can see Heber City (on a clear day anyway). About 4.2 miles and 1300 vertical feet. Snowed the whole way. The trail had seen plenty of traffic so was packed down pretty good. Didn't need the tails I bought yesterday for my MSR's until we hit Ridge Trail then we were breaking trail. The snow clinging to the tree's was very beautiful. |
