I'd love to go to the Grand Canyon. I've been to Havasupai, and that gave me a small taste, but it's kind of different from the canyon altogether.
There's so much to do in the Grand Canyon that it makes it difficult to pick one. I hate to go somewhere, then come back and wish I would have made a different choice.
My former employers used to do the Rim to Rim hike in a day, I think going from the South to the North. If I started out small, then I think I could prepare better for some great trips. |

Bo and I head there all the time. You are welcome to come with us.
If I could only do one trip in the Grand Canyon it would be
South Canyon

I'm not sure how your knees would hold up on this one. Our's really were shaky at the end of the day after a long day hike carrying an overnight backpack. There is not a ton of downhill though, it's just it's at the end of a long day on the hike in. |
