Just a problem with decisions.

I have recently made some avatars that I am proud of, but the problem is, I can only choose one.

One is Chris Farley as Matt Foley-the motivational speaker.

The other is the infamous Star Wars Kid.

More are soon to come, as I have just learned how to make animated .GIF files. Some more to come could be Angus rockin out, me doing some biking, or maybe just Don jumping into the pool

Which should I keep?

It's a vain question, but it's late at night. So what the hell.

If you guys want me to make you one, let me know. I really enjoy this.

I was gonna ask you about that...

Could you make me an animated Beavis and Butthead one? Just something with one or both of them doing something crazy. I would really appreciate it!! :nod: The longer the better BTW...

I say you keep the Chris Farley one, but then again, I haven't seen your other ideas.

How in the world do you do that? I would be really, REALLY interested in having a moving Madonna Avatar. Like part of her Human Nature video. What do I need to do to get that? Make cookies... play Halo... sing a song... what?

Get me a video clip of her, name the part you want to be repeated, say for 2 seconds at the most, and I'll do it.

I went to downloads.com. KillEmAll guided me there. I searched for GIF creator, or something like that, and it was a free download, on trial of course.

It's pretty easy to make. The real trick is making it that will fit within the guidelines of under 20kb so you can make it your avatar.

After getting a few images that are in sequence, I reduce them each to 100 x 100 pixels. Then I throw them into this program, set the timing, set the color quality, and picture quality. All of these affect the size of the image. I just mess around until it's under 20kb so I can upload it.

I only started it on Monday night, and it's pretty fun to make them. I might make some with my own personal pictures.

When I get home, I'll find the link, and post it here for all to use. :comppunch:

You can just right click, save as, and then upload it as your avatar if you like.

Still working on the Madonna one. It's tricky, cause it's a flash file. I can't save individual pics to resize them and compile them.
