Sam and Devan and I took Devan's scouts and 4 adults down little blue john. It was really slow. I think i'll pass next time there are scouts or their fathers involved.
Sam and I went down to the Ralston area. There was quite a bit of water down there, bbut it could be avoided with some mad stemming skills. It was fairly difficult. I took pictures, but didn't bring them to work, you've all seen slots before. Fun stuff.

no, with only one arm (between the two of us), we were too weak to rig the rappel. JK, we just went down to the shelf and looked out, then climbed back up to meet the scout group. That was our intention and we didn't bring any ropes.

| That is the best way to do the Ralston Route. After the final rappel its a long, sandy slog to the Great Gallery. But everyone should visit the Great Gallery at least one time..... really cool.... great girlfriend hike. |
