The upcoming weekend will be your last chance to ride at Sundance in 2007. The rain has been coming down in Provo canyon for the past few weeks and the trails are currently in the best shape of the season. We road Friday and it was perfect! Nice and packed even a bit tacky due to the damp trails. The colors were so vivid it felt like riding down a kaleidoscope on some of the trails. Anyone headed up there on Saturday?
Here are few pics I snapped from the lift, They closed the lift early due to nasty weather so no riding pics.
Timp this morning, they were closed again today due to the snow storm that rocked all day long :frustrated: (dont worry it was not sticking on the trails)

I STILL haven't been riding up at Sundance, I'm lame!
No problems riding some or all of the trails on an XC bike rather than downhill bike?
Great Pics Summit. |

Wow, it's crazy how much the colors have changed. I road up there back in August. Absolutely loved it.
I was able to take several trails (made 4 downhill runs that day) with my GF XC. No problems at all. I saw a lot of other people on DH'rs and many others on XC. Even saw some kid on a rigid. Ouch. |

QuenteK, you going up this weekend? I still dont know if I can make it up there so I got out of work early to go ride yesterday afternoon. We saw 4 other bikers in the three hours ... the place was dead.
