This Tuesday we will ride Corner Canyon and part of the Draper shoreline trail. We will meet at the Swimming Pool parking lot at 5:30 (daylight is fading so we need to meet early). We will shuttle to the top to face some sweet downhill. See you then!
To get to the pool:
Take I-15 south to Bangerter Highway (next exit past 12300 So)
Go left on Bangerter, and go straight through the first light up to Highland drive. Turn left onto Highland at the Chevron station. One of the very first right turns will be Vestry Rd. (about 1/2 mile?). Turn right on Vestry and exit 2/3 the way around the roundabout. Your first left is a large parking lot at the pool where there are soccer fields, etc.. That's the shuttle drop. |

Dang, I'm missing you guys down there now that I'm back up north. Mark and I are still holding down the Ogden posse though. :haha:
Usually it's an impromptu ride just up the Shoreline. Man, there are still some good trails up here I haven't ridden yet. |

| It WAS a nice ride! Only problem was, it was over too quick. (that and my rear shock died - spring only, no damping - made the rear end squirrelly.) I was surprised you guys hadn't descended Clarks trail before, it's an E ticket ride - I think you all enjoyed it. Thanks for the shuttle! And the photos. Next time I'll try that tight switchback. |
