Just checking to see what kind of results everyone had with the pheasant opener on Saturday? We did pretty good in my group. My future brother in law had his limit by 8:15 two easy birds right off the bat. We saw a ton of birds. By the end of the day we had three limits, myself and future father in law being included. There were plenty of good opportunities for the other two in the group, but they just had a hard time hitting the birds. The lab we were hunting with also got tied up with two coons. Luckily we were able to get a shot and kill the coons before they tore the dog up too bad. All in all it was a good day. :2thumbs:
