This is kind of a neat abstract shot. Reminds me of the frosted glass filter Ive used a few times for artistic purposes. |

This isnt so much trees as it is the by product of trees in the fall. I took this shot as I saw it on the forest floor on a recent trip to MN.
Not sure what it is, but something about it appeals to me...

I was messing with the depth of field abilities of the camera I was using and am actually pleased with how this turned out. I also did it about 10 different filters and some are more pleasing than others, but for this forum I decided to just post the original.

| nice summit, that's the monterrey cypress. it's natural distribution is quite small, but it's essentially been planted over the coast of california |
