| The best method that we found to work was silver popgear and a flat fish that has perch colorings. Or even one that is kind of bright colored. There is a spot out from the last marina across the lake that they seemed to be biting the most. On the mountain side you will see a clearing with rocks, and then another clearing, stay between the first clearing and the other marina, but go deep to catch the big ones.
