Big fish huh! It was just under 40lbs. I caught it on the Alagnak River in Alaska last week. It took about 20mins to get it to the boat. It made a couple big runs that we had to chase it down with the boat.
Here's a couple more pics from the trip that I took...

That king's a beaut! The rainbow was gorgeous, too.
Awesome bear photos. That must've been impressive to witness. |

Those are some beautiful fish! I hope to post some pics in September of some awesome Tuna, if we can land any, from a trip into Mexico and 20 miles out into the ocean. :haha:
If all goes well I may end up with more Tuna than I can handle! Any takers on a few nice chuncks of Tuna in Late September?? :ne_nau:

Camera setup was a Nikon D80 with a few different lens. Big lens is a 300mm F2.8 VR, 70-200 F2.8 VR and a Tamron 17-50. I just picked up a Tokina 12-24 that I am playing with for super wide angle stuff....

If that's a genuine offer, I'd gladly take some tuna off your hands. I LOVE fresh tuna. :2thumbs: |
