Has anyone done this race? I'm looking to do it next year (it's in May) and am looking for some beta. It will be my first triathlon. It's an off road tri and the mountain bike leg is the Flat Pass trail - has anyone ridden this? What's it like?
I need to start putting together a training plan - I'd take any triathlon training tips anyone has to offer as well! |

| Is it run, bike, swim? I'm just trying to think where they will have the swim leg. What's the distance for each leg? I have never ridden that though. |

The swim is on Ken's Lake (dont know where that is) for 1500 meters.
The bike is Flat Pass for 20K
and the run is 10k in the foothills of Spanish Valley above the city.
I'm not familiar with any of these areas! But, should be fun!! Now I just gotta learn to swim!! :-) |

| Ken's lake is just a little south of Moab, maybe 5 miles? |
