Is lane sharing legal in Utah?

Yeah, everybody in Cali calls it lane-splitting, however, the legal term is "lane sharing." Like a motorcycle can "share" a lane with another vehicle....a loophole if you will.

Is lane-sharing (or lane splitting) legal in Utah? If so, do you lane split? And, if indeed so, do you BLOW BY everyone, or maintain a reasonable speed when splitting?
