Lived in Utah 40+++ years(damm I'm old)
like my jeep,guns and reloading,snowmobiling,beer----

but really trying to get into canyoneering,my wife and
I live about 1-hour away and spend every extra minute in Zions!
Now we want to see the "REAL" Zions,just bought some rappelling gear
and looking forward to learning the craft.

I love that little town! Cedar and St. George are getting too big, but some places are just right .... like Parowan!

Welcome, and you're right when you say "THE" Park.

I think I need to go back up your way and do the Twisted Forest hike from Dry Lakes Rd. I love those Bristlecones!

I also like the Western Omelet at the Parowan Cafe.
