Rockgremlin and I hiked to this lake on Saturday. We had poles in hand and hoped for some good fishing. I am posting this in the hiking section for a reason. Well that is really what it was..........I would have considered the fishing section if it would have been productive. :frustrated:

Anyway, we would have fished Tony Grove Lake as well. But they are working on the damn and it is really low right now. So we headed for white pine. This area is the middle of Logan canyon for anyone unfamiliar. It is a beautiful hike and really reminiscent of the uintas. We guessed that the hike is about 3 miles one way. It has some real up and down and across ridges and back into a valley. A good hike and a real distance to get skunked. The lake is really pretty and worth the hike though. There are some other trails in the area that I would like to check into. Perhaps another time... :blahblah:
