Hello everyone, just joined the site. I have been looking around checking out all the posts and I am happy to be here.
There is nothing like Utah and I have so little time to get out and see everything.
I graduate from the U of U this May with a degree in Economics. I am hoping to find a good job that lets me get out and pursue my outdoor interests more often than not.
My main interests are peak bagging, and I have done a lot of the Wasatch peaks. This summer I am doing everything possible(including spending a lot on gas) to climb all the county highpoints. It is better to get out, climb something hard, come home not being able to walk, than to sit around doing nothing. I love the mountains of Utah!
I have done a little canyoneering and that is the main reason I joined CoF and this site to get beta and knowledge on how to not get myself killed doing this things. I also have been on Summitpost.org for several years now and I go by the same username Madsjim. Go check it out if you want to see some pictures I have taken and trip beta.
