I am going to purchase my first gun and get my concealed weapons permit this fall. I'm excited about it. I'm just hoping the concealed weapons class does teach me how to be safer with the gun. |

Sweet little gun! Do you have problems with it catching on stuff when you try to pull it? Looks like lots of things hanging off, like the safety, that can catch on clothing etc. That's why I opted to go with the Keltec. Thin profile, light etc.

Get yourself a Frontsite cert off ebay. A LOT more informative than the ccp class. |

| Take a look at the Taurus PT145 - it's a 45acp with a 10 round mag +1. Very compact - overall length - maybe 6" and easy to conceal. I'm happy with mine. I've also thought about the kel-tec as a pocket gun as well - very small and thin. |

| Downside to my Keltec is smaller caliber. I got the .380. I used to have a Kahr 9mm, which was great for concealing. Had problems with the magazines though, so I traded it in and got a Glock. |

| Dang straight! I love Glocks. After shooting all weekend at Frontsite, it was obvious which was the best. :2thumbs: :2guns: |
