Marc and I took our families and headed up Provo canyon again to introduce Marc's kids to whitewater. It was a great time, the temps were about 10-15 degree lower than the valley, a nice breeze and the cool water made the day very enjoyable. The kids had a great time, especially Marc's older kid, I think he will be coming back for more :haha:
The whole run took us less than 2 hours and everything went very smooth. Too bad no one noticed me taking a dunk in the river when I tried to stop the boat to pull off and stepped on the rock. |

| Put in is right below the dam and the take out is by the swamp area at High Country place. It's a nice stretch of a river and very mellow. |
