I've been wanting to do this. In fact, I've tried it on my wakeboard by taking the bindings off.
Not quite enough board to hold me up. Here is somebody's video at Bear Lake of what I will be doing this summer if I get a board.

| I tried this at Powell last year with my wakeboard minus the bindings. It actually was not too bad. The boat I was behind did not have a big enough wake to keep me going without the rope, but it was definatley a good time. |

Yeah, I think I was with you the last time I tried this with my wakeboard (and I screwed my knee again).
I just think you need a bigger, wider board, and only a surf board will do. Where's a good place to buy one, besides ebay? I don't wanna deal with any shipping hassles with something that big. |

| You know the last time I was at Marine Products in SLC they had a few sitting around there. I am not sure what kind of deals you can get this time of year, but I am sure that they have something that would fit ya. Stop by one day after work and check it out. |

Here you are..
MARINE PRODUCTS PRO SHOP have 2 locations. The Mother store @ 949 West 1700 South In Salt Lake City, Utah 84104 801-973-4017 the store is approximately 22,000 sq. ft. while our 2nd Location @ 10835 South State in Sandy, Utah 84070 801-553-8332 is approximately 7.500 sq.ft. We stock what we sell and very seldom need to drop ship from factories like so many other e-commerce sites do.
Check out the site also at..

I would reccomend the store on 949 west 1700 south, it seems to have a better selection.. |
