| I went up to Donut falls today and up Cardiff fork about a half mile. Quick, fun, and beautiful hike. |

| Great little area. Thanks for the photos. Nothing to get the blood pumping like hiking over a prior avalance site in the winter. |

so has donut falls been officially reopened?
i know it's on private land a couple of years ago, it was closed to the public. i have only skied past after skiing upper cardiff/kessler these past couple of years, and haven't checked on any signage to the effect.
anything to report? |

It is open now, SL county bought the land.
