Tanya,
The dunes are located at Sand Hollow State Park near Hurricane. They are located in a beautiful spot and the dunes are bigger than they appear from the road.

There is a pool in St George called Sand Hollow Aquatics Center (Near Santa Clara and Snow Canyon High School.)

Here's a view of Sand Hollow Reservoir from the top of the dunes.
