@50 in each frame, and let's say 1.5 per 50. Multiply that ratio by 5 for each frame.

Regarding a game, that sounds fun, don't make a prize too big (like a special title or something). This crowd is pretty honest and not too computer savvy to go to that extent.

Actually it more like (1.5/50)^5 or Odds of 33.3 to 1 against, to the 5th power. You don't just multiply the odds by five, you multiply it by itself five times.

(Although, if I were really paying attention, I'd probably dispute that there are only 8 pics of Sombeech up there... Seems like you usually pull up at least one every time. The odds are that I should only see one picture of Sombeech every 6.25 reloads. Aren't numbers fun!)

All of which makes the odds over 41,000,000 to one against getting all Sombeeches in a row...

More accurately, if there are 5 banks of 50, and two have one Sombeech, and three have 2 Sombeeches (for a total of 8) the odds would be 0.02 X 0.02 X 0.04 X 0.04 X 0.04 which equals 0.0000000256 = 0.00000256% = 1 in 39,062,500

well the thing is that the odds of it happening can be somewhat good considering that so many people are refreshing the page so frequently, but what IS probably freaky are the odds of someone paying attention and realizing how freaky it is that they hit the sasqueech jackpot


as far as the photoshopping thing? well, i don't precisely know. you would need to embed each image with a watermark stamp or something that would allow you to show that all of these images showed up at the same time and not pieced from different times. otherwise, pixel-for-pixel, i don't see how you could possibly determine that it wasn't photoshopped. [any experts out there?] and to do such watermarking likely would seem like a waste of time for the effort it would take. i dunno, but it's a neat idea nonetheless. and you could be like vegas, and really suppress the odds of uutah showing up.
