Since we were on the topic of those Mountain House meals in a bag, and people not wanting to spend the $, I found this site that may be of interest to some.

You premeasure the contents in a zip-loc bag, you'll need a pot cozy (homemade or storebought) then you cook it right in the bag! No clean up and no mess. Multiple people can have a different dinner each, but all eat at the same time, becaus all you need is boiling water. |
