What's really sad is the timeframe it's been sitting there. The city probably took about a week to get around to it. And somebody even had time to make that sign, probably just to stick it in the face of the city maintenance crew.

That is really sad. Around here these days it's bunnies and skunks. Oh and a deer on the way to North Rim but it was cool because there were a couple of condors feeding on it.
