I took my son DJ and my nephew Chase riding the dunes today. Big sand mountain was busy as normal on a sunny spring day so there were plenty of machines to watch climb the mountain. We also met some friends that had some amazing machines (they dominated the hill).
These are a few pics from the trail. |

Mine too, but we were meeting people with machines built for the mountain. White Sands is definately the best camp and play dunes.

OOOOOO.....to a two smoke!!! :ne_nau:
If you stick with Red you should pick up a CRF450R or even a CRF450X with the light and throw a plate on it. That would be smokin'! :naughty: |

I have not decided yet, The 450x would be awsome :hail2thechief: but maybe I'll keep my street legal 400 for trails/mountains and build a smoker just for the dunes.
One of the guys we rode with had a TRX450R with some work done to it :haha: I saw it eat up modified Banshee's on the mountain. It hauled me up in 5th gear. :2thumbs: |

| You don't need a bike that big to be smokin. This is a KX250 that my little brother rides. We took this up at St. Anthony's, we measured it at 160 ft. :cool2: Stupid kids!!! |
