It definitely sounds possible, but East Mountain and South Tent Mountain in a single day would kick my ass.
I wouldn't be caught dead on East Mountain in the middle of the night, though. When I hiked it a couple of years ago, there were a bunch of dead sheep around the top, and I assume that some predator got to them. Then again, I'm kind of chicken sh*t when it comes to being so far out in the middle of nowhere at night. I don't mind the desert so much, but in a heavily-wooded area like East Mountain, you can't see them coming at you 'til it's too late. |

Yeah, I cache every chance I get. I got FTF on both caches that were placed on East Mountain, one of which was Dorkteam6's. |

That’s pretty impressive, 7 High County points in one day. But I don’t think it would be something I would be interested in doing. I think the coolest thing for me about trying to do all of the highest points in Utah is a chance to see some of the less popular parts of the state. I had originally planned to do all of them in one year but realized I didn’t want to blast through all these places just to bag the summit. But that’s just me, people can do whatever floats their boat. 7 peaks in one day sounds like a lot of driving with 20 mins of hiking in-between. And as much as I travel around this state, I really hate to drive or be in a car.
