.....fishing wasn't all that great, but good times were had. The weather cleared up friday nicely, and made for a very good afternoon to be on the water. Saturday started out a little cold, with light snow flurries and some freezing fog, but cleared up by lunch time. The mayflies started coming off, but I couldn't seem to get it right. BWO's were the fly, but mine were just not the right color. I did manage a few on some emergers (RS2), and my buddies caught some on Rapalas, white hair bodied jigs, and some silver fox spinners.
We stayed at the Heber Valley RV resort in a fully furnished yurt with shower/shitter. Nice place. |
