| Damn, I dont even get my bike out til April! That's a LOT of early season mileage - have you been riding all winter? Be careful not to get early overuse injuries! |

64 miles in one day? Is that mountain biking or road riding? Where did you ride?

I hit the Skinny Tire Festival with some friends this year to start my season. It was the best weekend I've had in a few years.
190 miles of hill climbing over 4 days and my arse got plenty sore by the time Monday rolled around. I stayed at the Greenwell and walked everywhere too, 3-4 miles per day.
All my souvenir $$$ went to dining out with them on a daily basis. In spite of burning something like 7000 calories, I somehow managed to gain weight.
Good beer, good food, good friends. Who could ask for more? |
