| I found a gif that I want to use, but when i reduce it in size to the required 49kb, I lose the animation. What am I doing wrong? |

How are you reducing it? You need an actual GIF animator to reduce it. This isn't something that can be done with MS Paint or photoshop, or it will just keep the first frame static.
Download the Easy GIF animator from www.download.com. it's pretty good. It's only a demo though |

Here's a sample, you may choose to crop it a little differently. Sorry, that just a test. In case anyone was interested, that isn't a pic of me (I'm an old man) nor is it a pic of anyone I know. She is an Israeli supermodel doing her required stint in the IDF. Israelis are into big thighs, I guess.
