If you could have dinner with anyone, living or deceased who would you choose?
I've been giving this some thought and I'm not sure who I would choose. I'm still thinking.

Hmmm....it would be really hard to narrow it down, but if I could pick 3:
1) Jesus (I'm not Christian, but how AMAZING would that be?) :hail2thechief:
2) Leonardo DiVinci - the original Renaissance Man! :cool2:
3) My father - he died when I was 10, and I'd like to know him as an adult

Wow, what a great question.
I was watching a program last night on the History Channel about Abraham Lincoln. Psychologists have suspected for years that he suffered from depression. The program suggested that he actually suffered from biplolar disorder. But what was amazing was that in his highs he was able to work for three days straight yet was not abusive during those highs.
So, Abraham Lincoln is one. I would also like to eat dinner with Malcom X and Ghandi. With the latters' diets of no pork and no beef, I have no idea what I would serve. But I would like to spend the time with those three. |

I notice most of the picks so far are people who were leaders during times of adversity. I'd love to hear what he would say about the world today. Probably something like "Quit whining! You have food, clothes, a home, and noone burning it down every other year!" |
