I used to work in an office that looked down on the train track. Every morning at 9 am the passenger train would pull in and stop. The way things worked out my office looked directly down on the sleeper cars. The sleeper cars have this same type glass..... and at certain times of the year, when the sun was just right, you could look directly into the sleeping cars as if it was a clear window...... too funny..... :haha:

It was like a live porn show every morning..... think of it as a web cam before there were computers. :bath:

I've seen those in London before. They've had them for a few years now. Looks like a fine place to "drop the kids off at the pool!"

In all seriousness, I believe it is to generate talk/interest about a new design. You would tell everyone all about how you took a dump in front of everyone, and then others would want to see it!
