Through the years, they've had to modify that sign.
They used to read "Slow children at play", instead of "Slow, children at play". Everybody was wondering where the "slow children" were playing.

I always wondered what the big deal was.....slow children are easy to avoid....

Oh, and you gotta make sure children are in season before you just go blastin' away....

Well, according to the sign, they only run about 5 MPH. That's pretty slow.
