| I'm looking for anyone who's made a true winter ascent of Lone Peak. I've got plenty of summer experience on it- and I've made 3 or 4 winter attempts- gotten within a few hunderd feet. If you've done it and don't mind telling your secrets I'd love to hear about it. |

I've twice climbed Lone Peak in winter, last time was 1999. Both times was via Jacobs Ladder. First time was a two day solo. Second time was a long single day with a partner. My parnter bailed at the minor summit and did not complete the final 200 yards..... what do you want to know?
