My 10 year old and I were celebrating my 40th birthday yesterday by hiking Kenney Creek trail in reverse (started from a ridgeline to the East and worked our way down).
After concluding our hike and making it back to the trail, we noticed the smoke pouring from what looked like downtown SLC. Any indication yet on what started this fire?
Also, upon leaving the bountiful area we got slowed in Southbound traffic to see the massive crash and blockage of the entire northbound I-15. WHEW! We were glad we were going South and not North.
And all this after winching a guy's ATV after he drove right off a cliff on skyline drive (between Bountiful and Farmington). He had a rental (no insurance). Guess he's the proud owner of a totaled Honda ATV! :eek2: |

Ya I drove right past the roll over last night on the way home. I was totally thankful I was traveling southbound, what a mess! |
