Went to Neff's Canyon today. It was my first time, and it was amazing. I never heard of this canyon until this website. We didn't make it to the medow due to the heat taking it's toll on myself and my beautiful girlfriend (We did some major bike riding the past few days). I did see some great wild flowers and one rattle snake which scared the living crap out of me because I've never heard or seen on before in the wild. Though a scary animal, it was beautiful, I was so scared I didn't get a picture ( I know I'm a wus, I was trying to tell my girl to go wide and avoid the bush it was hiding in and it will be ok, it worked) and didn't think about taking out my camera, a good idea to leave it alone I think.

All in all it was an amazing day.

I was up Neffs with a couple friends last weekend. We, too, saw a rattlesnake next to the trail. Thanks to zoom lens technology (and a little adrenaline rush), I got a few pics.

Check out the dark room section sticky on this site for tips.

Two ways to post a picture: attachment or hotlink address.

For an attachment picture click “post a reply”. Below where you type a message to post a message there is a field called add an attachment. Click “browse” and select the file. You can also add a comment to the picture in the “file comment” field. Click “add attachment.” Repeat for extra photo's. This site request that pictures be 800*600 pixels or less. It is easy to do with Microsoft Office Picture Manager or (other picture managers) by selecting edit picture and resizing, or you can check out the sticky in the dark room section of this site.

You can also hotlink pictures from a website or image hosting site like photo bucket, image shack, etc. The link has to be a picture so it will end in jpg or gif or some other file name. Here all you have to do is paste the web address in the post a reply field, highlight the link, and click "Img" this will put the [img] [/img] brackets around the picture. You can also just type the brackets yourself like this
