|
|
I am heading up to Pineview this week where the In-Laws rented a cabin for the week. Other than boating does anyone have any tips on stuff to do in the area?
Fishing?
Cool Geocaches?
Shooting possibilities?
Any info is greatly appreciated :hail2thechief: |

There are some monster Tigermusky in Pineview. There is also, depending on the flow, good trout fishing in the Ogden river. Causey Dam has plenty of fishing too.
Make sure you stop by the Shooting Star Saloon for a burger. Yum.
When you're in there, make sure to give the dog a big kiss and watch out for the taxidermied deers ass. :roflol: |

watching personal watercrafts blow up. That happen this past weekend. Just thought I throw that in there.
Boating is for sure thing, go in the morning because it gets pretty choppy during the day. I've never hiked or anything up there, but I'm sure there are some trails up there.
If bars are your thing, The Star bar is in that area, it's the oldest bar in utah, and I heard there is a dog mounted on the wall. |
