Had a GREAT turnout. Got some great helmetcam footage, it'll be up sometime this week. It looks like kirk got some awesome still shots as well, hopefully he'll share some with us.

EDIT:

here's the video

The ride was kick butt and we had a blast. It had a great downhill and some long uphills. It was cool that so many people showed up. Here are the picks Sombeech talked about.

ahh, sweet pics. :cool2:

I'm reviewing the video footage right now, where we almost had a little confrontation with the climber. :haha: You can see us move off of the trail, and he's still whining about it.

I'm leaving my leg-warmers at home next time I ride this trail! I can't think of a better place or better people to spend a Tuesday evening with. Thanks for the ride.

Great video ‘Beech! I really liked the point of view shot from the side of the front tire, it was great. Is that the first time you shot like that?

Thanks. I think I first tried that angle spring of 2007 on the JEM trail. A few times I'll do the reverse shot too of the rider behind me.

I just used it here 2 weeks ago on Thunder Mountain:

And here's a clip from last month on the Shoreline, this has that reverse angle:

here's the JEM trail one where I started experimenting.
