For anyone interested here is UDOT's latest projections on when roads like The Mirror Lake Highway, Alpine Loop, and Guardsman's Pass will open

Geez. Talk about a late year, eh?
Yippee. They'll open the Mirror Lake Hwy just in time for free fishing day so the hoards can come and gobble up all the holdovers. Ugh. |

Yes it helps, but after so many years of a drought it takes a few wet years to make up. Still some parts of the state are below normal, but I don't recall how much below. I bet someone has a link. |

Damned right I am interested!
Course the motorhome, or what my 4 year old calls "The driving trailer" is not gonna be ready for a trip by then, but Iv been happy for years in a tent before we bought this to restore, with gas prices being what they are even if I had it finished I am not so sure I could afford to drive it up there for a weekend anyways. |
