I think it's called Jilbertos; closer to the West GWS exit. Follow the service road on the north side of the highway, and it's on the left (North) side. We stop there fairly regularly. Pretty good stuff.

PM me your contact info, and I'll let you know the next time we are planning on stopping. I'd say we stop there about a third of the canyon trips I take...
