At least we have two things in common... :haha: You're still a myth to me. Are you sure you live in Green River? I've been here over three months now, and I still haven't bumped into you! What up with that? |

Wow, 100 days without sugar, of ANY kind?? Seems impossible, but you are inspiring me. I'm especially curious about the "no more allergies", that alone is worth the effort. Unfortunately, I'm a sugar addict. Sweets. Love 'em.
I think I could maybe, possibly, well, sort of cut out sugars, maybe. The problem is, I'd have to give up red wine too. Can I hop on board and just cut out random sweets??
I could give up complex carbs much much easier than sugar - bread, pasta, blah, who cares, hardly eat them as it is ... but cake????? I love cake.
Good luck to ya! I"m impressed with how many of you on here are doing, or have done the same thing.... hmmmmm.... I"m inspired..... |

Doing well so far....not so many cravings lately...I'm staving them all off with diet drinks and sex. :roflol:
I'm guessing in about 2 weeks when my glycogen stores have been reduced slightly I'll be having a tougher time.
Thanx fer askin' :2thumbs: |

Nope. None. But then again, I'm not prone to getting headaches either. I might get a mild headache once every three months on average. |

Felicia you're awesome! Doing great so far. I seem to be hungrier than usual, but so far I'm not shaky, achy, or otherwise afflicted. I haven't weighed myself, but I "feel" like I may have lost a pound or two. |

You will start craving things you've never wanted before, just because you saw them on TV.
Rice Cakes? MMMM, those look good! oh wait, they're loaded with carbs. I WANT THEM NOW. |

Nice! Glad I could return the favor. Admittedly, you have it tougher than I do. Carbs are much more difficult to abandon over refined sugar. |

I'm not hardcore. I already do not do refined sugars. It's the alcohol that gets me. I do not eat red meat or pork and I can't eat citrus. I live on salads.
I just try to avoid all processed foods.
I'll try to stay with ya! :2thumbs: |
