Salsa is one of the brands I sell in my shop (go figure) and to sell it with exactly the same bike build kit as this one it would go for just under $3000 with freight. However, I can work a deal :nod:
The XT brake lever/shifters take a little getting used to but very responsive. I set this one up with the longest travel fork I could put on it and I might drop a stack and fork height but the way it sits I can adjust the TORA down to function at less travel on the fly and the remote poplock is way cool! I really need to get it out on a long haul ride and see what I feel like afterwards. The rear shock, the new RockShox MC3 responds well too and locks out on the fly. I'll change out the seat clamp for a QR but it's good for now.
....and the color is HOTTT! :2thumbs: |
