You plug your address in, and it rates the walkability of your house (i.e., how much is within walking distance).
I got 62 out of 100. Logan is one of the towns you don't really need a car (if you work in Logan). |

What does my score mean?
Your Walk Score is a number between 0 and 100. The walkability of an address depends on how far you are comfortable walking—after all, everything is within walking distance if you have the time. Here are general guidelines for interpreting your score:
* 90 - 100 = Walkers' Paradise: Most errands can be accomplished on foot and many people get by without owning a car.
* 70 - 90 = Very Walkable: It's possible to get by without owning a car.
* 50 - 70 = Some Walkable Locations: Some stores and amenities are within walking distance, but many everyday trips still require a bike, public transportation, or car.
* 25 - 50 = Not Walkable: Only a few destinations are within easy walking range. For most errands, driving or public transportation is a must.
* 0 - 25 = Driving Only: Virtually no neighborhood destinations within walking range. You can walk from your house to your car! |

Nobody beats me, 100 out of 100. I live a block from work, a block from the gym, 2 blocks from Albertsons and I have tons of bars all over. If I didn't have to shuttle my kids around I could go car-less.

They pegged it, I drive or bike everywhere I go, I just thought I was lazy but now I know, it's not my fault :haha:
I did think it would score higher since I live in Fort Union :ne_nau: |

I think the only thing that saved me from a ZERO was the county Library is .9 miles away.

| 32...pitiful. The nearest public ANYTHING is 1 mile away, and it's an elementary school. The next nearest thing is a gas station and it's about 2.5 miles away. |
