adobe after effects. they have tutorials on it. i've done it a few times.

I bet it's after effects also though.

Yo! LOL! I'm glad you liked it! For the fx I used http://fxhome.com/visionlab/
This program is BITCHIN and a lot easier to use than AE. I've used AE to, but I dig this program. So Fun!
