Park City made a rule to outlaw reckless skiing.

So what does "out of control" mean anyway? You can go pretty fast and still be under a modicum of control.
There's no such thing as perfect control. It doesn't exist.
Technically, this rule would ban the entire beginner/learning population of the ski resort.
Is this gonna be one of those paper only rules to try and convince nervous mothers to allow their kids to go skiing? |
