I'm heading out to Montello on Saturday to kill some vermin. Hopefully it will be productive. I know it's a bit early, but I just can't wait.
Most rabbits will face death by .22 hollow point.
Some will expire by a carefully (lucky) placed .40 slug
Some will pop(implode/explode) by a 110 Grain Flat Nose Hollow Point .30-30
Coyotes will be slain with the .30-30 also
I'll report on our successes (or failures) but will likely not post pics. :nono: |

| That sounds awsome. The recent gun post has driven me to load no less than 2000 rounds in the last week. I have a ton of guns that I need to fire. I'm going to head out too. |

Just past Wendover. I think you take the next exit, heading north. I believe it is the Oasis exit? About 20 minutes past Wendover.
Take that exit, and head north, maybe another 20 minutes? You will see signs to Montello. |

About two dozen rabbits met death on Saturday. We killed roughly 15-20 percent of those we saw. There were just two of us, so I'm sure more would have been kicked up had we the appropriate quantity of people.
Good times! Fur clouds   |

Went out again on Saturday past (12th) and did equally as well. Tried some new spots around the area and didn't do as well as "the spot".
Still great times though. |
