| Whats happenin crazies. I just stumbled upon this site and I'm stoked that I did. So this is me. I'm a complete amature/aspiring mountaineer. I can shoot handguns better then you. And I like curry. I had the option to live anywhere in the world(so do you) and I chose Utah. People ask me why, but you already know. I like learning new skills, so if anyone wants to trade talents, Its on. |

You can undoubtedly outshoot me, but I'm not so sure about my wife, Abby. When she was little, her mom would pay her for ironing the family laundry with a .22 shell for each shirt. She also finished first in her concealed carry class, and the target is at the end of the hall in our house - 100% center hits.
I'll bet she'd love to go shooting with you. |

We should all set up a date and hit the range. I'll be out of town this weekend but the one after that will work for me . As for my credentials, I'm former military. That in itself, does not necessarily mean anything. Lets just say I'm probably going to die by the age of 40, due to the amount of lead thats been absorbed through my skin.
My weapon of choice by the way, Is the Kimber 1911 Custom TLE. Whats yours?
Thank you all for the warm welcome |

I've heard great things about Les Bear weapons. Very nice. You may not know how to use it but atleast you have good taste. I'll let you know next time I go to a range and we'll see if we cant get you shooting accurately.
Slow steady pull, dont anticipate, allow it to surprise you. |

Years ago I had a Ruger .22 with a bull barrel, and I just couldn't miss with that thing. It was quiet, smooth, accurate, fun, cheap to shoot, and never, not once, did it jam. I went through a period in the late 1990s when I never shot, so I sold it, but now that I live in the country, I'd love another one.
For home and personal protection, Abby has a Smith and Wesson .38 Special revolver, which surprised me with its accuracy and handling. |

If you already thought Abby was cool, you only know part of the story. For Valentine's Day she gave me $300 in cash for Saturday's gun show. How cool is that?
I found the exact pistol I wanted at the gun show and bought it Saturday!
